Owner, Jon Van Zandt has a passion for historic restoration and renovation. A native of historic Fredericksburg, Virginia, Jon grew up appreciating the region's rich history and local efforts to preserve irreplaceable historic properties. As a licensed general contractor, he values the opportunity to work closely with homeowners and business owners to design, plan and develop their visions for their historic renovations, additions, or new construction in our historic community. Jon’s experience coordinating with local government officials and design-build professionals ensures the process is as smooth, efficient and cost effective as possible.
